Many people wish to take an active role in supporting their health—whether during intensive medical treatment, after completing therapy, or as part of general health promotion and prevention. In such situations, self-care measures can provide valuable support. These include methods such as relaxation techniques, mindfulness practices, or acupressure, which are easy to learn and apply independently.
Based on our research in digital health, we are able to make several of these methods publicly accessible and freely available in digital form.
Mind Body Nature Experience
Scientific evidence shows that spending time in nature strengthens both body and mind, promotes well-being, and reduces stress. Practicing mindfulness has also been found to have numerous positive effects on mental health.
Based on these insights, we developed the exercises of the Mind Body Nature Experience.
Relaxation and mindfulness exercises
Relaxation and mindfulness exercises can help reduce stress and enhance well-being. They are particularly effective when practiced regularly and integrated into daily life.

Self Care for menstrual pain
Menstrual pain can be uncomfortable, but there are simple Self Care exercises that have been proven to help. In addition to acupressure and gentle yoga exercises, self-massage techniques have also been shown to be effective.
